Daw Nai Pan Nai Pon Pim Lek Lucky Star 5 & 8 Pointed Pentacle Amulet Luang Por Pina Featured

An early-mid era example of Luang Por Pina’s most Sacred and Powerful Daw Nai Pan Nai Pon Star Amulet – Sacred Karma Improving Lucky Star for Protection, Wealthy Fortunes, Status Increase, Promotion, and Auspicious Fate. This exhibit is a Pim Lek (small size) measuring 2.5 x 2 Cm. The five sided star face is painted red, and the eight sided star side is painted silver. This exhibit is especially desirable to collectors for the fact that this exhibit has almost a full set of Ploi Sek Gemstones on both sides, which is rare to see in this early-mid era model, for most examples of this Pim, are found without gemstones.

This is the two sided 5 and 8 Pointed Pentacle version, in red/silver painted Muan Sarn Sacred Powders wth Ploi Sek Maha Pokasap Gem inserts. This particular example has special Necromantic Powders stuffed into the edge of the amulet, and, as a Pim lek model, is not only suitable for men, but also a very recommendable model for lady devotees due to the smaller size.

Daw Nai Pan Nai Pon Pim Lek Lucky Star 5 & 8 Pointed Pentacle Amulet Luang Por Pina

It is very hard to find Daw Nai Pan Nai Pon amulets in a suitable size for ladies to wear.. It is in any case extremely difficult to find one of these amulets in any circumstances, but to find one with an almost complete set of gemstones is doubly lucky.

This exhibit is a Pim Lek (small size) measuring 2.5 x 2 Cm, and is a very early era model in pure muan sarn, made from a very highly concentrated admixture of sacred Necromantic and Magical powders.

The Daw Aathan Hnun Duang has different stars on each side, one as a 5 pointed star similar to the Military Star, and one in 8 pointed Pentacle similar to the Police Force star. Despite their importance for the meaning which is attributed for the Military and Police force, which was of course intentional, there are deep spiritual meanings imbued within the symbolism of each star design.

This amulet is commonly know for its Wealth Increasing Maha Lap Magick, but in truth, the amulet possesses an massive repository of attributed Buddhist Blessings of very sacred and Auspicious Influences on the Forces of Karma.

The amulet is recommended to be encased with, with the pendant ring at an angle, which is a tradition with the Dao Nai Pan Nai Pon, as was originally decreed with the first edition Mae Nuea Horm (Perfumed Mother) Lucky Star (‘Mae Nuea Horm’ 1st edition, was differentiated being somewhat Larger with a crescent moon below the star).

The base of the amulet has a special code stamp embossed into it by Luang Por Pina. The powers of the Daw Nai Pan Nai Pon are manyfold, but has a special ability given by Luang Por Pina which Luang Por Pina would say goes like this; ‘whoever is not straight with you and cannot be trusted, will be spotted and exposed by the Dao Nai Pan or the Mae Nuea Horm, if you wear it at an angle like this’

When understood, the meanings within the sacred Lucky Star Pentacle amulets of Luang Por Pina, are very extensive and comprehensive, and aligned to the focal points of Advanced Buddhist Vipassana Kammathana Practices, with the accompanyiing Miraculous Power of transformation that comes with the 40 Kammathanas.

Daw Nai Pan Nai Pon Pim Lek Lucky Star 5 & 8 Pointed Pentacle Amulet Luang Por Pina

Luang Por Pina is the deceased Abbot of Wat Sanom Lao in Sra Buri and was said to have possessed Abhinya Powers, and to have Mastered the 10 Kasina Powers of Elemental Magical Dominion.

It is said that he was able to read the minds and intentions of other Humans, and bring amulets to life with is Empowerment Methods, and that his amulets were able to give signs and also can be beseeched and prayed to for wish fulfilment (Sarapat Neuk). The Daw Nai Pan Lucky Star is made from a mixture of Highly Sorcerous Ingredients, Herbal and Prai Necromantic Powders, which are both incredibly difficult to find and obtain, and also very easy to recognise their presence within the sacred Muan Sarn Powder mixture.

Those who have had an authentic Daw Aathan before their eyes, will be able to see instantly that this amulet is a very recognisable and distinguished exhibit with the clear to see presence of Luang Por Pina’s Sorcerous Muan Sarn Sarn Powders.

Below is a different model (Namely the Mae Nuea Horm First Edition Amulet), for you to enjoy looking at and for study.

The holes in the amulet also have meaning, some of the daw Nai Pan Nai Pon can be found to have gemstones (Ploi Sek) embedded within the indentations, which are even rarer to find.

This particular exhibit is a Classic Pim from the Early period of Making (Circa 2500), and also one of the highly Preferred ‘Pim Niyom’ Master Models and can be considered ‘Ongk Kroo’ (Teacher Reference Model) for a perfect reference comparison of authenticating other less recognisable Star amulets of lesser preference.

‘Ud Mai Gon Fa Pa’ (Wood from a tree that was truck by Lightning), and many Sacred Relics within its Sacred Powder Muan Sarn. Luang Por Pina’s Daw Nai Pan, exspecially this model above others, is now extremely rare and sought after.

Its price is constantly rising, because only a few hundred Daw Nai Pan are assumed to have been made in the early Era, and they are mostly all already in the possession of the Devotees, many of whom are high ranking Policemen, Army Officers and Top Doctors and Medics.

This model is an early edition which is evidend by its extreme dryness and the texture of the Muan Sarn Sacred Powders which reveal its age, and the authenticity of the amulet

The title of ‘Ongk kroo’ is fitting for this amulet, is for its easily recognisable features and Muan Sarn Powders allow one to easily distinguish the authenticity of any other exhibit when held side by side for comparison, making it a Master Key for teaching the eyes to recognise Luang Por’s famous Sacred Powders, as well as the effects of aging over the years, as to how discoloration and surface mildews should appear in a true authentic example of the Daw Nai Pan. Despite being a painted model, the edges of the amulet are highly visible to reveal the Muan Sarn Sacred Powders content and aging characteristics, and the true appearance of the Muan Sarn used by Luang Por Pina for these inimitable and famously powerful amulets

Daw Nai Pan Nai Pon Pim Lek Lucky Star 5 & 8 Pointed Pentacle Amulet Luang Por Pina

Luang Por Pina is known to have performed strange Magical feats in front of the eyes of his disciples many times, especially when devotees would ask him for an amulet. He would ask the devotee to lay down and open their eyes, and would take a handful of sand and pour it over their face, as they would hold the amulet in the hand.

But the sand would bounce back before it hit their eyes, and no matter how much was poured on the face, not a single grain of sand would be able to enter the eyes of the devotee, becoming repelled as if by a force field before it touched the eyes.

A Preferred 'Niyom' model, the Pra Somdej Sam Chan Kha To (lion foot table leg three tiered dais Buddha Image) Votive Tablet, made from rare alchemical substance forged from 'Rae Saksit' Sacred mineral from the caves of the Khao Prohm Changae Mountain, from Petchburi Master Monk Luang Por Un, of Wat Tan Gong (Born 2459 BE).

A most pristine and attractive amulet, with the Sacred Protective Blessings of Luang Por Un, and the fasmousy Powerful Klaew Klaad and Kong Grapan Chadtri Power.

Pra Somdej Than Toh 3-Tier (Large Mold) - Khao Prohm Cha-ngae Ore

Among the legendary master monks of the upper southern peninsula of Thailand, Luang Phor Un Sukamo (Pra Kru Winai Watcharakit), the former abbot of Wat Tan Kong, stands as a figure of immense compassion and a master of the "Wat Tanod Luang" lineage. While his virtues were many, his most famous contribution to the world of sacred Thai amulets is the creation of items made from the mysterious "Khao Prohm Cha-ngae Ore."

Biography: Luang Phor Un Su-Gamo of Wat Tan Kong

Born on March 9, 1920, in Phetchaburi, Luang Phor Un was ordained in 1940. He was a direct disciple of Luang Phor Tong Sukh, of Wat Tanode Luang, one of the greatest masters in Thai history.

From his master, he inherited the profound "Metta Mahaniyom" (loving-kindness) powders and the "Na Na Tong" (Golden Face) empowerment rituals. He also studied under other local greats like LP Jan of Wat Maruekhatayawan. LP Un was known for his extreme humility and simple lifestyle, never boasting of his powers, yet his amulets consistently manifested miracles for his devotees.

The Legend of Khao Prohm Changae Sacred Ore

The heart of this amulet is the Khao Prohm Cha-ngae ore. To locals, this is not a common geological mineral but a "Kaya-sit" (Living/Sacred) mineral, often categorized as a type of Lek Lai.

The Discovery: During his years of forest pilgrimage (Thudong), LP Un traveled to Khao Prohm Cha-ngae in Phetchaburi. Legend says he was contacted in a vision by a guardian deity protecting a secret cave on the mountain. The deity granted him permission to take the mineral to create amulets to help people.

The Difficulty of Acquisition: It was said that the mineral could not be taken by force. Early attempts by others to hammer the ore away without proper rituals resulted in inexplicable events like sudden lightning strikes or immediate illness. LP Un had to perform specific "Plee Kamma" rituals (offerings and apologies to the spirits) and use his mental concentration to "summon" the ore out.

The Secret Melting Process: "Alchemy through Mental Power"

The Khao Prohm Cha-ngae ore behaves unlike any standard metal. When exposed to normal fire, it usually becomes brittle and shatters rather than melting.

The Ritual: LP Un used a combination of ancient alchemical texts and "Kasin Fai" (Fire Meditation/Concentration) to control the temperature and fluidity of the mineral. He would chant and meditate over a small crucible at Wat Tan Kong. Once the ore turned into a liquid state, it was hand-poured into clay molds.

Characteristics of the Ore:

  • Color: A deep blackish-blue, sometimes showing green iridescent hues (similar to a beetle's wing).
  • Texture: With use and contact with skin, the surface becomes shiny and lustrous like black onyx.
  • Fragility: It is hard but brittle. If dropped on a hard floor, it can shatter like glass.
  • Mystical Interaction: Ancient believers say this ore "eats gold"—if kept near gold, it is believed to absorb its energy or even cause it to tarnish as it feeds on the metal's essence.

Visual Analysis: The Thaan To Large Mold (1989)

Created in 1989 (B.E. 2532), this is considered a standard-bearer of LP Un's work. (Below example is not the amulet in the gallery/ this item. rather an image of another exhibit of the same model, from the samakom Pra, for comparison with our visibly authentic exhibit). The below exhibit is a most preferred model with all tiers having the 'Thaan Singh' lion feet bases. The study of the sacred metallurgical content and mold is extremely useful for comparison with this, or any of the various Pim Song models.

Front Profile:

  • Buddha Image: A meditative Buddha with elegant yet sturdy features. The face is a "Face of the Ring" style (smooth, without facial features), a classic aesthetic for this mold.
  • Pra Sum (The Arch): A thick, raised bell-shaped arch that encases the Buddha.
  • The Base: A three-tiered base, with the bottom tier being a ThaanTo (Table Base or Lion-Leg base), which is wide and thick, symbolizing stability and power.
  • Surface Detail: As a "Borann" (Ancient Style) cast, the surface is naturally uneven. You can see the flow marks of the liquid mineral, giving it a unique character.

As seen in below exhibit, the rear face displpays flow marks but nowhere near as much as the Pra Somdej Sam Chan Kha To Nuea Rae Prohm Changae 2532 we are offering here, making this exhibit a particularly easy one to authenticate with the naked eye..

Rear Profile:

  • Shrinkage Marks: As the molten ore cooled, it naturally contracted, creating deep, fine wrinkles often referred to as "Elephant Skin" or "Natural Cracks." This is a key marker of authenticity.
  • Edges: The edges are usually rounded and smooth from the clay mold, not sharp like modern machine-cut amulets.

Supernatural Powers & Devotee Experiences

The Khao Prohm Cha-ngae amulets are famous for three primary benefits:

  1. Metta Mahaniyom (Extreme Charm/Compassion): Being from the Wat Tanod Luang lineage, it helps the wearer gain favor with superiors and success in negotiations.
  2. Klaew Klaad (Safe Escape): There are numerous reports from local soldiers and police who survived gunfights or horrific accidents while wearing this specific amulet.
  3. Protection from Black Magic: Because the mineral is guarded by mountain spirits, it is believed to naturally repel curses, ghosts, and negative energies.

Authenticity & Identification

Due to high demand, fakes are common. To identify a genuine piece:

  1. Weight: Genuine ore is heavier than plastic/resin but slightly lighter than lead.
  2. Luster: The shine must come from within the mineral, not from a surface coating or paint.
  3. Shrinkage: Look for the natural, deep wrinkles on the back caused by the cooling process.
  4. Smell: There should be no chemical or plastic odor.

7. Conclusion

The Pra Somdej Than Toh Khao Prohm Cha-ngae by Luang Phor Un is more than just a collector's item; it is a spiritual marriage between the "Power of Nature" (the sacred mineral) and the "Power of the Mind" (LP Un's meditation). For devotees, owning this piece means possessing a fragment of the mountain's legend and the blessing of one of Phetchaburi's most compassionate masters.

Created for the study and preservation of the sacred arts of Luang Phor Un, Wat Tan Kong.

Luang Por Un (Supplementary)

Luang Por Un of Wat Tan Gong - Master Gaeji Ajarn of the Petchburi Province, learned and practised his Wicha from three great Petchburi Masters; Luang Por Tong Suk (Wat Tanode Luang), Luang Por Phiw (previous Abbot of Wat Tan Gong, and Luang Por Jan, (Wat Mareuka Tayawan). He also inherited the teachings of Wicha Kong Grapan Chadtri, Khab Khun Sai (exorcism of Black Magic), and the Wicha Paya Ling Lom (Vanora Monkey) from Pra Atigarn Chan of Wat Mab Pla Kao.

Luang Por Un finished his Wicha studies with Luang Por Phiw at Wat Tan Gong, and subsequently travelled to receive Khan Ha Initiiation (official protection and necessary ritual to be able to practice Occult Sorcery) with Luang Por Tong Sukh at Wat Tanode Luang, and became one of the very true direct Transmission Lineage Master Adepts of Luang Por Tong Sukh. He spent periods in the forest with Luang Por Tong Sukh to develop his meditative powers too.

He mastered one of Luang Por Tong Sukh's most difficult Wicha, (one which not all of his apprentices managed to master), that of the method of making powerful 'Pong Prajant Kreung Seek' (Crescent Moon Powders) which are an extremely powerful Metta Maha Niyom Muan Sarn Sacred Powder for mercy Charm amulets. Pong Prajantr Krueng Seek is of course a form of Pong Puttakun. He mastered the methods of making Pong Ittijae (sometimes called 'Ittajae'), Bpathamang, and Pong Maha Rach powders.

He mastered the Wicha Pong Prapaktra from Wat Nok temple (in Ang Tong). The Wicha Tam Pong Prapaktra is now completely disappeared and not found present in any of the many Dtamra Saiyasart of the various Samnak in Thailand, and only remains in existence with Luang Por Un as the sole Wicha Preservation Master.

Luang Por Un gained much fame for various amulets, including the Pra Somdej Hmen, and the Nuea Prohm Cha-Nge alchemical type amulets, and has created a vast pantheon of different amulets, all of which have all gained fame to be included in collector catalogs, of which tthere are various books dedicated specifically, and solely to documenting the pantheon of amulets of Luang Por Un.

Pra Somdej Hmen Luang Por UnBoth the Pra Putta Chinarat amulet, and the Pra Somdej Hmen 2497 BE (Smelly Somdej - see picture to the left), became very highly sought after, when miraculous stories of Klaew Klaad and Kong Grapan Chadtri began to circulate. One devotee who wore the Chinarat amulet was in a deadly accident where all involved were killed instantly, but the devotee who wore the Chinarat Buddha, was completely unscathed and unharmed.

the list of amulets which Luang Por Un has made is so extensive, that at least 3 different full volume catalogs have been made to cover the pantheon, ranging from Pra Kring, 'Rian Kanajarn' Gueu Monk Coins, Bua Khem and Upakut Buddha statuettes, Pra Pid Ta, Pra Somdej, Takrut, and Lockets are of the most well known. Perhaps one of the more popular of the Pra Somdej apart from the Somdej Hmen, is the Pra Somdej Khee Suea (Buddha riding on a Tiger) amulet, and of course this Putta Chinatrat amulet, both which were made in powders and in this Sacred 'Rae Khao Prohm Changae'. It is indisputable, that this Sacred Kaya Siddhi Elemental substance is of such an attractive appearance, and also for its possession of Sacred Magical Properties of Immense Power, that it has become one of the most highly sought after amulets of Luang Por Un.

Amulet Catalog of the amulets of Luang Por Un

Above Image; Amulet Catalog of the amulets of Luang Por Un

Luang Por Un's first ever edition of amulets was created in 2495 and took three years to complete with the assistance of other monks in the temple helping to press the amulets. The first edition was of course his famous Pra Somdej Hmen 'Smelly Somdej'. The Pra Somdej Hmen is also marked for its Sacredness by the inclusion of Muan Sarn Sacred Powders (Pong Ittijae) from the great Luang Por Gaew of Wat Kruea Wan, which was taken from an ancient repository which was stored in Kru Hiding place within the Uposadha Shrineroom of Wat Tan Gong. 84.000 Pra Somdej Hmen were made, but only about 7000 of them were kept for distribution, the rest being hidden within various Kru Chambers in the Uposadha Building of Wat Tan Gong, for distribution in the far future.

Rae Khao Prohm Changae

Rae Khao Prohm Changae, is a mineral substance found in the higher regions of the mountains of Petchburi Province, and was discovered through mysterious circumstances This alchemical Kaya Siddhi substance is made using a very difficult formula of forging under controlled heat, which is very difficult to turn into the substance we can admire so much, with its shiny black surface and glossy finish. It is considered to be a kind of Lek Lai Kaya Siddhi Adamantine Substance, with all the related powers which belong to this Sacred Substance.

It is said that all of the amulets made using Rae Prohm Changae, had to be made through the alchemy of Luang Por Un himself, who is both expert in the smelting and forging method needed co control the temperature accurately, and that lp Un also uses Kata Akom Incantation, without which, the susbstane will not congeal into the desired form. If the process and empowerment is not performed properly, the Rae Prohm Changae turns to mere rusty powder, and will not liquify.

The story of how the Rae Prohm Changae has Kong Grapan Chadtri powers a legend in itself; There was a devotee called Lung Chaeng Into, who went to Wat tan Gong, to makemerit, and saw a bead of Mineral Substance, which attracted his eye, and he asked Luang Por Un if he could have it. Luang Por Un reached out, and gave it to him without hesitation. Lung Chaeng then put the bead of Rae Prohm Changae into his shirt pocket, and begged his leave, and departed from the temple, to go to see doctor Hmor Yaem in the Petchburi Town Market at his clinic for a check-up, and receive his injections.

Below; Piece of Raw Rae Khao Prohm Changae

Rae Khao Prohm Changae Lek Lai Kaya Siddhi Adamantine Substance
The doctor tried and tried again to inject the medicine into Lung Chaeng's skin, but the needle would not pierce his skin. In the end, he tried so hard that the needle bent. The doctore asked Lung Chaeng if he had any amulets on him, and that if he did, he should remove them. Lung Chaeng then replied 'No i am not wearing any amulets'. So the doctor took a new needle and syringe, and began to try again. The same thing happend, and the second needle ended up bent in half.

Lung Chaeng then wondered if it was anything to do with the eye-catching beautiful mineral substance he has asked Luang Por Un for. He removed the Rae Khao Prohm Changae from his shirt pocket, and the doctor tried once more, and was easily able to perform the injection with no more resistance. The relatives of Lung Chaeng heard about this incident, and went to visit Luang Por Un, to beseech permission to take some rae Khgao Prohm Changae, and make amulets with it. They asked for Luang Por Un to make amulets and bless the substance, because, beforehand, these same relatives had wandered around the area of the caves at Khao Prohm Changae mountain, and collected every bead and piece of the substance they could find. Some of the relatives had gone to the doctor when needing injections and carried a piece of the substance with them. But i seemed that none of them experienced the same mysterious effect as Lung Chaeng. And so it was seen that the substance only worked when Luang Por Un had prepared it and empowered it with his Wicha, and this was how he came to be asked (and conceded) to make amulets from this substance.

Luang Por Un was also a proficient Adept Sak Yant Thai Temple Tattoos Master, with undisputed powers of Kong Grapan Chadtri and Klaew Klaad. But Luang Por Un saw in time, that many of those devotees who came for Sak Yant, were selfish and violent people who caused unrest in society. He meditated on this matter and saw that making Sak Yant on them would support their criminal behavior, and was not helpful to the spreading of the Dhamma.

He thus retired form making Sak Yant Thai Temple Tattoos completely. But he still performs non-tattooed Yantra Blessings on those devotees who seek the blessing, because the Hooligans and Criminals mostly don't want the kind of blessing that is not an inked tattoo. In this way, he filtered the kind of persons who came for blessings down to those faithful devotees who practice Dhamma and Alms Giving, and Make Merits by keeping the 5 Precepts.
